There you go.. I can't just leave the WIPs as my last deviations for long. Off to Thailand on Sunday so there won't be anymore drawing from me for al least another 2 months.

I always wanted to draw a picture with a skull in it so when I saw the ref I knew I wouldn't just draw simple smoke. I didn't use any direct ref. for the smoke and the skull but I did take a look at the smoke stock004 by =mross5013 for inspiration; [link]

I decided to draw skin texture because the last time I tried my ass off to make the skin as smooth as possible I got accused of photo manipulating. I even used the drawing paper just so you don't have to use a magnifying glass to see the pencil strokes.

When I saw Ben Barnes in Prince Caspian role I thought he's hot but since I'm not a fan of the movie I didn't feel like drawing him. I was so thrilled to know he got the leading role in the movie 'The picture of Dorian Gray', one of my fav gothic novels! Thought I always picture Dorian Gray in the book to be a pretty boy with blond hair I don't mind this darker, hotter version of him!
