A new addition to my DIVAS collection. I couldn't have a DIVAS gallery without the pop icon, right?
When I came across the referent photo and saw her hair I thought 'How gorgeous the drawing would be if I could pull that off'.
Well, the hair didn't come out as good as I hoped but I just didn't have enough patience to do better. I meant to make it look more realistic by matching the photo strand by strand but after hours and hours spending on it in the end I just gave up and started doing it by instinct instead.
Next time I swear I'm going to draw an easy picture (no background, normal paper & straight hair!!) for a change.
Pencil on A4, blue colour pencil for the eyes.
EDIT : I just gave her hair a *little* makeover, very little that you might not even notice the difference but at least now I'm like... 90% happy with her hair now..
