Red passion - early years_1by *akaLilith

First of all, no I didn't just get bored of drawing realistic portraits and started drawing manga. The drawing was done 15 years ago. It's the illustration of my "Lucifer's cronicles" whice is the saga about Lucifer and his wives.

Once upon a time when I was just a dreamy girl I had such a passion for manga comics. I created my own charactors and storylines. I even dreamed to be a professional cartoonist. Too bad those dreams ended when the university life took away my imaginations and passion and all those stories and charactors died with them.

Recently I went back to my home town and found some of the drawings from those years in my old bedroom. These drawings are raw and sketchy and let's be honest, they're crap, but I think they deserve to be seen.

i think it´s great, not only for its sentimental value, and all the memories and dreams it keeps within, but because it kinda let me see your background and past as an artist and such, and it actually reminds me the old style of a friend o f mine. take care

Thanks a lot for such kind words. When I saw these drawings I considered retouching them to make them look more polished but I decided not to. I though they're perfect when I drew them anyway.
